Hot Tamale Chili Cookoff in Grayson begins at 11 a.m. Saturday

The 12th Annual Hot Tamale Chili Cookoff produced by the Greater Eastside Chamber of Commerce is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 5, at the City of Grayson. The inaugural Hot Tamale Cycle Ride also is scheduled for Saturday and for that your $30 entry also gets you into the Chili Cookoff.

As has become customary over the last 12 years, the city of Grayson will play host to the Hot Tamale Chili Cookoff, an event the benefits charities in Grayson, Loganville and Snellville.

This year’s festivities will be held from 11 a.m. -4 p.m. in Grayson City Park, and will include arts and craft vendors, activities for the kids, music and chili competitors brave enough to test their chili against the best.
