In the month of December, the Gwinnett County Animal Shelter is offering pet adoptions for $20. This fee covers the full cost of the adoption to include spay or neuter, micro-chip, and vaccinations.
According to a press release from Gwinnett County, this had resulted in the adoption of more than 190 pets, including cats, dogs, sheep, rabbits, and guinea pigs. On Monday, Dec. 21 alone, the shelter adopted 25 animals to their forever homes.
