50-mile ride from Loganville Saturday supports Wounded Warrior Project

A 50-mile escorted motorcycle ride leaving from American Legion Post 233 in Loganville Saturday morning is to raise fund for the Wounded Warrior Project. The Grand Marshal for the ride is Cpl. Jarred Duncan, US Marine Corps – Medical Retired.

The ride, a joint effort between the American Legion Riders and the Knights of Columbus Council 134, begins at 10 a.m. from American Legion Post 233 on Highway 78 in Loganville and ends at St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church in Snellville. The ride will visit Veterans Walk of Heroes, Black Shoals Park, Conyers, Ga.

Registration can be made online at www.stoliverskoc13440 or on site beginning at 8 a.m. The $25 Rider plus $50 passenger fee includes food and drink. There will be food, beverages, music and door prizes including a 50/50 drawing/
